You will build genuine consultative relationships, maintain deep product knowledge, prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and keep the showroom organized and presentation-ready.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of showroom plumbing sales or related luxury/design retail experience.
• Passion for luxury plumbing products and residential design trends.
• Detail-oriented, with pricing and order accuracy focus.
• Consultative sales approach: listen first, guide rather than push.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams; basic software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome homeowners, designers, contractors, and trade professionals to the showroom floor.
• Build consultative relationships by understanding goals, style, and budget.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across luxury plumbing lines and new collections.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage order details with precision.
• Keep showroom organized, merchandised, and presentation-ready.
• Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and vendor reps through the order lifecycle.
