This customer-facing role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and delivering accurate quotes and coordinated orders from selection to delivery, while maintaining a pristine showroom and partnering with sales, purchasing, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years showroom plumbing sales or luxury/design retail experience.
• Interest in luxury plumbing and residential design trends.
• Strong attention to detail with pricing and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on showroom floor through luxury plumbing options.
• Build consultative relationships by understanding goals, style, and budget.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of luxury lines and finishes.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage orders with lead times and specs.
• Keep showroom organized and presentation-ready.
• Collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and vendor reps to support orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth project experience.
