Graybar is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative for the Las Vegas area to develop new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers. You will travel to customer sites to present products and close complex accounts, while meeting or exceeding gross margin budgets.

The role requires five years of outside sales experience (six or more preferred), a four-year degree (preferred), and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in outside sales.
• 6+ years in outside sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of business administration, sales and marketing.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed annual gross margin budget by selling to complex accounts.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and report potential claims.
• Inform management of local competition and market conditions.
• Carry out sales programs and merchandise plans; recommend new items.
• Maintain customer records and assist in collections as needed.
• Participate in training, trade shows and sales meetings.
• Demonstrate products after sale when necessary.
