Adonel Concrete, a leading concrete and block manufacturing company, is seeking motivated outside sales professionals to cover Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10 years of outside sales experience in construction industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently and with a team
• Ability to build relationships with customers and community
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting safety standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
• Identify prospective customers and projects
• Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Communicate between departments (customer service, accounting, operations)
• Assist in revenue collection when necessary
