Responsibilities include selling Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block, building relationships with customers and vendors, and meeting sales targets while coordinating with service,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team.
• Ability to build relationships and relate to others.
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers.
• Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects.
• Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations.
• Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary.
