Job summary

Adonel Concrete is looking to add motivated sales professionals to promote and sell ready-mix concrete and concrete block, and to provide outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have extensive outside sales experience in the construction industry, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10 years outside sales experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or with a team.
• Ability to build relationships and relate to others.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers.
• Identify prospective customers and projects.
• Establish new customer accounts and projects promptly.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Communicate effectively between departments (customer service, accounting, operations).
• Assist in revenue collection when necessary.

Adonel Concrete is a Leading Independent Concrete & Block Manufacturing Company located in South Florida who is looking to add motivated sales individuals to join their team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. These individuals need to be well respected in the construction industry with a desire to work hard and be successful.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling concrete and block and must possess strong negotiation skills and provide outstanding customer service.
