Maschmeyer Concrete Company is hiring a Ready-Mix Sales Professional to expand our customer base across major Florida markets. The role emphasizes sales growth, account development, and exceptional customer service in a competitive concrete supply landscape.

The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities with limited supervision. This is a field-based position supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years outside sales experience.
• Experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the sales cycle and sales methods.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and tasks with little supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block.
• Identify prospective customers and projects.
• Establish new accounts and projects promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
• Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budgets.
• Coordinate with customer service, accounting, and operations.
• Assist in revenue collection and accounts administration when needed.
