Job summary

Paynada is seeking a Senior Client Executive to drive outside sales in a designated territory, cultivating client partnerships and delivering industry-leading payment processing and POS solutions. You will prospect daily, engage business owners, and close deals while building a robust pipeline and mentoring newer team members.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary range and substantial commission, plus onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent B2B outside sales experience in merchant services, payments, POS, Payroll, or HCM sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing skills.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a designated territory through daily prospecting, networking, referrals, and face-to-face business development.
• Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers through consultative sales conversations.
• Present customized payment processing and POS solutions that address client needs and improve operational efficiencies.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM management.
• Establish strategic referral partnerships within the local business community.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Guide merchants through the application, onboarding, and implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a payment technology expert and trusted resource for clients.
• Mentor and share best practices with newer sales team members.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
