Eaton seeks a Senior Outside Sales Engineer - Residential to cover a 50-mile radius around Grapevine, Austin, and San Antonio, TX. You will market and sell Eaton’s electrical products to contractors, channel partners, and homebuilders, building trusted relationships and delivering technical solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in B2B or sales engineering, with up to 25% travel and on-site work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, or related roles.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 25% overnight.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Grapevine, Austin or San Antonio.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, channel partners, and homebuilders.
• Identify and activate high-potential installers and distribution partners.
• Execute territory sales plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, trade shows, and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive demand.
• Collaborate with product lines, operations, and internal stakeholders to provide customer-centric solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, territory performance, and forecasting.
