Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Outside Sales Consultant III in Indianapolis. You will perform consultative selling, presenting high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options to customers and ensuring a 100% satisfaction experience by collaborating with our technical team on site visits.

You will drive growth through internal leads and your own prospect pipeline, with a focus on B2C sales and market expertise in energy-efficient tech. Flexible hours and on-call shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to educate customers on technical concepts.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
