Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant III in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on consultative selling of high‑efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions to new and existing customers, with a strong emphasis on building trust and long‑term relationships.

You will drive revenue by managing both inbound leads and your own prospect pipeline, collaborating with field technicians on site visits, and staying current on industry trends to deliver best‑fit home solutions.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored options for high‑efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through a focused, trust‑based approach.
• Drive growth by working incoming leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Collaborate onsite with technical teams during site visits to tailor solutions.
