Job summary

Element Care in Lynn, MA is seeking a Senior Outreach Specialist to drive referrals and enrollment to the PACE program. You will develop strategic outreach plans, cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, housing groups, and community organizations, and represent Element Care at events.

You will coordinate with Enrollment and I&R teams, document activities in Salesforce, and attend events in the evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may count in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of outreach, sales, or business development in healthcare or elder services.
• Proven success generating qualified leads or referrals in target-driven roles.
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements personal annual business plan to achieve outreach, event, inquiry, referral, and enrollment goals.
• Builds and nurtures relationships with healthcare providers, housing organizations, adult day health centers and community groups.
• Organizes and promotes Element Care events including galas, open houses, partnership events and other events.
• Maintains relationships with key community stakeholders including local businesses and government agencies.
• Represents Element Care at outreach events and tailors presentations to target audiences.
• Documents outreach and referral activity in Salesforce CRM and coordinates handoffs to enrollment.
