Job summary

Element Care is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and contract with partner organizations that can refer potential Participants to Element Care PACE. The role drives enrollment targets and leads Outreach Account Representatives in selling and promoting enrollment in Element Care PACE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of business/sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and dual eligible programs a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with multiple partner organizations.
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
• Ability to attend events outside regular business hours.
• Ability to interact with C-Level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contract partner organizations to refer potential Participants.
• Develop and implement annual business development strategy.
• Build relationships with current and potential contracted provider organizations.
• Close new partnership deals by coordinating proposals and contracts.
• Partner with Marketing to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor departmental budget expenses and reporting.
• Recruit, develop, manage and motivate staff.
• Attend community meetings and events as Element Care PACE ambassador.
• Understand local marketplace and key players.
• Screen potential deals and negotiate terms.
• Lead a team of Outreach Account Representatives.
