Job summary

Element Care is seeking a field-based sales professional in Massachusetts to grow referrals and enroll eligible older adults in the PACE program. You will build relationships with referral sources, explain PACE benefits, and implement a personal annual business plan to meet outreach and enrollment goals across a designated geographic area.

The role requires 1–3 years of healthcare sales or related customer-facing experience, strong communication and presentation skills, MS Office and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree (preferred) with 1-5 years of experience in older adult services.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in healthcare or group insurance preferred.
• Must have proven experience working in a customer facing role focused on sales and/or customer service.
• Strong understanding of customer service, sales, outreach, and marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a personal Annual Business Plan to meet outreach, inquiry, referral, and enrollment goals.
• Collaborates with Enrollment and Information & Referral to achieve pipeline goals.
• Builds relationships with referral sources to identify qualified referrals.
• Travels frequently for local marketing activities and events.
• Documents outreach activities in Salesforce CRM promptly.
• Delivers presentations on Element Care PACE to staff, partners, and potential clients.
• Supports market intelligence gathering for Outreach and Enrollment Management.
