ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to drive senior-focused patient growth by nurturing community partnerships and coordinating local events. You will engage with seniors, brokers, and community partners to educate them about ChenMed’s healthcare model and value proposition, earning referrals and new memberships.

The role requires strong sales experience, B2B networking, and the ability to travel up to 75% to events and partner sites across target markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; seniors experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience or related management experience.
• Experience building relationships with business/vendor partners.
• Experience in telesales and entering data into a CRM while talking to customers.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Nurture senior and business partnerships to generate patient opportunities year-round.
• Meet seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan and execute local events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors 55+.
• Develop relationships with health plans, brokers, social workers and senior providers.
• Coordinate with leadership to strengthen distributor/partner engagements.
• Schedule meetings, manage vendors, and negotiate event contracts.
• Ensure insurance agents are invited to events for timely patient referral.
• Maintain CRM records and document client interactions for leads.
• Educate potential patients about ChenMed value proposition and healthcare model.
• Travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75% as needed.
