Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to drive new patient growth by building partnerships with seniors and community organizations. You will travel to meet seniors, host events, and coordinate relationships with plan agents and brokers to enroll patients into ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.

The role emphasizes nurturing long-term relationships, presenting ChenMed's value proposition, and leveraging CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
• Experience with seniors or Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 75%.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities.
• Meet with seniors and groups at homes, workplaces, and community venues to present ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors 55+.
• Develop relationships with health plan agents, social workers, senior housing managers and community partners.
• Schedule one-on-one meetings and manage vendor relationships for events.
