Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced Hospital Coder to code accounts using ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT, with emphasis on emergency department coding, injections and infusions.

The role requires 5+ years in coding/auditing, CPC/CCS/RHIT/RHIA certification, and proficiency with 3M and EPIC. You will audit results, support revenue cycle goals, and help set priorities through accurate, data-driven coding.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive hospital coding and auditing experience.
• CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification required.
• Experience with ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT coding.
• Familiarity with ED coding, injections and infusions.

Responsabilidades

• Code hospital accounts with ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT.
• Audit coding results and report findings.
• Assist in developing revenue cycle and strategic plans.
• Set priorities and take initiative; perform basic math and statistics.
