Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR seeks a QI Coding Compliance Specialist to review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes in line with guidelines. The role supports regulatory compliance and works with the Medical Director.

You will develop coding trend tracking, consult physicians, audit coding accuracy, train staff, and contribute to templates and workshop participation across specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; clinical background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
• Understanding of AMA billing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Review clinical documentation and apply correct codes.
• Consult with Medical Director and Regional Practice Administrators on regulatory issues.
• Conduct physician coding reviews and audits.
• Develop training tools and train staff on coding changes.
• Participate in coding workshops and seminars.
