Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Outerwear) to manage end-to-end development for apparel categories, from concept through production, across DTC and Wholesale channels. You will collaborate with brand teams to balance creative design with speed and cost targets.

The role requires deep experience in both Women's and Men's outerwear, strong PLM and CAD skills, and a meticulous eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in apparel product development and design.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development from concept through production readiness.
• Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs, and line sheets in PLM/CAD.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design.
• Manage fabric/trims library and CADs; support cost targets.
• Drive value engineering to optimize cost, quality and speed.
