Job summary

Entertainment Retail Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Men\'s Apparel Designer / Product Developer to lead seasonal collections from concept through production across multiple brands. You\'ll mentor junior teammates, partner with overseas development teams, and ensure quality, cost targets, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Design and develop men\'s apparel across multiple brands.
• Lead product development with overseas teams; ensure quality, cost, fit and on-time delivery.
• Create tech packs, CADs, BOMs, and artwork for development.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Balance creativity with target costing and manufacturing capabilities.
• Experience with outdoor, workwear, western and lifestyle markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal men\'s apparel collections across multiple brands.
• Research market trends, fabrics, trims, colors, washes, and silhouettes.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, prints, and product stories.
• Collaborate with Art Dept on graphics and branding.
• Own assigned product categories from concept to production.
• Review lab dips, strike-offs, trims, fabrics, care labels, and pre-production samples.
• Partner with China office, sourcing, and production teams for execution.
• Prioritize competing priorities and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
