Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR Outbound) based in the Middle East to design and execute outbound prospecting. You will work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and convert top targets into qualified meetings.

You will conduct research, perform cold calls and emails, leverage prospecting tools, and continually refine outreach strategies. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and a collaborative, high-velocity approach is valued at

Qualifications

5+ years outbound B2B sales with a track record of securing new business meetings.
Ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets.
Experience with full suite of prospecting tools.
Demonstrated ability to build, scale processes and nurture a team.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify potential leads in the target market.
Engage in cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.
Implement personalized outbound campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop.
Monitor and report KPIs related to outbound sales activities (conversion rates, lead quality, outreach effectiveness).
Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies.
