Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced product marketing/management leader to own the market narrative for Veza on the ServiceNow platform. You will develop audience insights across IAM, GRC, and identity security, and craft compelling positioning for how customers secure and govern AI agents alongside humans and machines.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or product marketing in enterprise SaaS.
At least 4 years in identity and access management or security.
Experience launching and scaling integrations and platforms.
Clear point of view on AI in identity and security risks.

Responsibilities

Own the market narrative for Veza on the ServiceNow platform and define compelling positioning.
Lead go-to-market plans, launch plans, release notes, demos, and partner enablement.
Drive adoption, run early access programs, and measure success with clear metrics.
Make deployments repeatable with packaging, docs, and operational playbooks.
Equip Sales, Solutions Consultants, CS and Partners with talking points and ROI stories.
Be the Voice of the Customer by feeding insights into product planning.
