Job summary

Veza, now part of the ServiceNow family, seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer (Integrations) to lead backend engineering for IAM integrations. You will design scalable connectors across AWS, GCP, Azure, and third-party services, guiding an engineering team to deliver high-performance integrations and data models across complex identity graphs.

You will drive architecture, promote best practices, and explore AI/ML-enabled data enrichment to support customers’ end-to-end identity security needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of backend software development experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years in relevant areas.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang, Java).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with services like AWS, GCP, Azure and resources across multiple platforms.
• Lead a backend engineering team, providing mentorship and career growth.
• Define architecture and practices, leveraging AI/ML models for integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Support, and customers to translate requirements into connector designs.
