Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior product/PMM leader to own Veza's market narrative on the ServiceNow platform. You will craft positioning for identity security, guide go-to-market, and drive adoption across customers and partners.

Responsibilities include GTM planning, early access programs, and defining adoption metrics. You will collaborate with Sales, CS, Security, and Engineering to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product marketing in enterprise SaaS.
• 4+ years in identity and access management or security.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineers to CISOs.
• Track record of launching and scaling platform capabilities.
• Experience applying AI to enterprise workflows and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the market narrative for Veza on the ServiceNow platform.
• Define GTM and adoption metrics; lead enablement and content creation.
• Ensure GA readiness for capabilities and integrations with security reviews.
• Equip Sales, SC, CS, Support and partners with talks, ROI narratives, checklists.
• Advocate for customers and translate feedback into product requirements.
