Veza, part of ServiceNow, seeks a Sr Software Engineering Manager to lead the NHI and Agent Security team. You will shape the technical vision for agent identity security, guide architecture for enterprise systems, and partner with product and security teams to expand capabilities as the org scales within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will mentor a team of backend engineers, drive AI/ML-enabled workflows, and define standards for least-privilege access across cloud and on-prem resources.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in backend software engineering with a focus on distributed systems.
• 4+ years in engineering leadership spanning startup and enterprise SaaS.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into product workflows or scaling system intelligence.
• Familiarity with IGA and agents in evolving identity governance.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
