Job summary

Veza, now part of ServiceNow, is seeking an engineering leader to build agentic AI and an enterprise-scale harness platform powering identity security actions at Fortune 500 scale. You will drive architecture, production-grade systems, and mentoring across teams.

You will shape guardrails for safe, robust AI deployment, collaborate with product and platform teams, and influence the future of enterprise identity governance. This role is based in the US with California locations.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Hands-on depth designing, shipping, and operating agentic systems in production.
Production-grade Python; Systems language knowledge is a plus.
Experience with frontier AI SDKs and prompt engineering in production.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems at Fortune 500 scale.
Shape architectural patterns, scalability guardrails, and vision for autonomous enterprise security.
Design multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, planning loops, and memory features.
Ensure agents grounded in accurate, low-latency retrieval and grounding.
