ServiceNow in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an Outbound Product Manager for Employee Workflows to own a product initiative end to end: its value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch adoption. You will work with inbound PM, GTM teams, and field stakeholders to align direction and adoption outcomes.

You’ll drive adoption at scale by creating sales enablement, content, and partner materials, and you’ll lead market feedback, differentiation, and cross-functional GTM for your pod.

Qualifications

• Initiative ownership across the full product lifecycle, from problem to adoption.
• HR domain understanding and empathy for employee experience leaders.
• Deep product fluency with ability to brief executives and customers.
• AI product fluency with hands-on experience applying AI to workflow problems.
• Go-to-market clarity with crisp positioning and customer journey.
• Cross-functional translation across design, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• 12+ years of outbound product management or related enterprise SaaS experience.
• Confidence presenting to customer executives and analysts.
• Comfort with data, defining usage metrics and turning trends into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver enablement for sales, solution consultants, and partners.
• Help customers adopt latest innovation with practical content.
• Partner with the DemoHub and Training teams on demo narratives and SNU courses.
• Manage usage definitions and trend analysis to spot adoption barriers and guide decisions.
• Articulate your product’s value and differentiators.
• Collect, understand, and champion customer feedback to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Engage directly with customers on design partnerships, roadmap conversations, and escalations.
• Brief analysts and respond to inquiries to establish market fit and inform strategy.
• Connect customers to the reference program and storytelling opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market for your pod and ensure alignment with pricing/packaging.
