Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager to own the market success of the Assistant portfolio, including EmployeeWorks. You will shape the narrative, enable the field, and drive adoption across large enterprises.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, define adoption metrics, and bring VoC insights into product planning, collaborating with Sales, Security, Legal, and Support to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions, Partner Success, or a hybrid PM/PMM role.
• Experience shipping and scaling integrations/connectors, platform ecosystems, or developer/admin-facing features.
• Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities: SSO/OAuth/SAML, permissions/ACLs, governance, security reviews, compliance, admin UX.
• Experience applying AI to work processes, automation, or AI-driven insights.
• Ability to craft crisp narratives and enable teams to win.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, SE, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, and Security/Legal.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to adoption and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong accountability and ability to influence and execute.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep customer and market understanding: segment needs, competitive landscape, and deployment constraints.
• Define and test “GA readiness” for integrations: packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support paths, playbooks.
• Lead adoption efforts for new capabilities and major integrations, including announcements and assets.
• Lead early access programs to gather feedback and validate capabilities.
• Serve as a primary advocate for the Voice of the Customer within product, engineering, and leadership.
• Enable Sales/SE/CS/Support with talk tracks, questions, ROI narratives, and checklists.
• Define adoption and success metrics for the Assistant.
• Bring field insights into product planning and prioritize requirements.
• Manage community engagement and create content that drives interest and success.
