Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager to own the market success of the Assistant portfolio, including EmployeeWorks, shaping the narrative, ensuring repeatable deployments, and enabling the field and partners to drive adoption and growth.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, SE, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships, and Security/Legal to translate voice-of-customer insights into prioritized requirements and crisp acceptance criteria for inbound PMs, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions, Partner Success, or hybrid PM/PMM roles in enterprise SaaS/integration products.
• Experience shipping and scaling integrations/connectors/platform ecosystems or developer/admin-facing features.
• Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities: SSO/OAuth/SAML, permissions/ACLs, governance, security reviews, compliance, admin UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep customer and market understanding: segment needs, competitive landscape, and deployment constraints in large enterprises.
• Define and test integrations: packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths, and playbooks.
• Lead adoption for new capabilities and major integrations with announcements, release notes, assets, and enablement.
• Lead early access programs to gather feedback and validate product capabilities.
• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Enable Sales/SE/CS/Support with talk tracks, ROI narratives, objections, implementation checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
• Define and drive adoption and success metrics for the Assistant.
• Translate VoC into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria for inbound PMs.
• Manage community engagement and create content that drives interest and success.
