Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States is looking for an experienced product leader to own the AI Assistant portfolio within the EmployeeWorks area. You will shape the market narrative, enable field and partners, and drive adoption and growth across customers and ecosystems.

You will develop deep customer and market understanding, define GA readiness for integrations, lead adoption and early access programs, and equip sales with compelling talk tracks to win against competitors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PM, product marketing, or solutions with enterprise SaaS.
• Experience scaling integrations and platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise deployment and AI.

Responsibilities
