Job summary

VetJobs seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to own outbound execution across US distribution centers and drive on-time delivery and service commitments. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Quality, BTS, Transportation, IT, and planning teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.

You will monitor SAP IDOC flows, support VAS and HVR/LVR activities, analyze warehouse and delivery performance, and lead continuous improvements to ensure customer satisfaction across the network.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in warehousing, distribution, and/or supply chain management.
• Hands-on analytics to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Strong data-driven decision making and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day outbound operational support across US distribution centers.
• Lead resolution of delivery blocks and push requests with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate order fulfillment issues and communicate status clearly.
