Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a Senior Distribution Analyst to own outbound distribution execution across key US distribution centers. You will monitor delivery performance, resolve aging deliveries, and drive improvements in warehousing and delivery reliability.

Collaborating with Customer Service, Quality, BTS, Planning, and 3PL partners, you will analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. This role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or below equivalent experience in business or supply chain.
• Experience with fulfillment services, warehouse operations, and WMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day outbound operations across US distribution centers.
• Monitor daily delivery status and resolve aging deliveries and blocked orders.
• Lead resolution of delivery blocks and warehouse cancellations with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate order fulfillment issues and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor outbound SAP IDOC issues and coordinate fixes with BTS and partners.
• Coordinate Value Added Services readiness and post-activity reconciliation.
