Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts; reach trucks a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments to align with schedules and targets.
• Review notices, bills of lading, invoices and orders for priority.
• Supervise and assist outbound shipping activities for accuracy.
• Determine space and placement of shipments in trucks.
• Inspect loading operations and equipment for safety and compliance.
• Maintain records of unfilled orders and prepare bills of lading.
• Support training of new associates and track daily metrics.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and communicate with the team.
• Follow 5S principles to optimize workflow and cleanliness.
