Job summary

AbbVie Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to own outbound execution across US distribution centers and optimize logistics performance. You will lead delivery monitoring, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Quality, BTS, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time patient fulfillment.

You will monitor SAP IDOC flows, support VAS readiness, and drive process improvements across the distribution network. Strong analytics and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with fulfillment services, warehouse operations, and system configuration support.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems used by external 3PL partners.
• 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on analytics to monitor performance and support issue resolution.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT/BTS, Finance, Distribution, and 3PL partners.
• Knowledge of SAP, S/4, JDA and other distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day outbound operational support across US distribution centers.
• Perform daily delivery monitoring and open delivery reviews.
• Lead resolution of delivery blocks and warehouse cancellations.
• Escalate customer service issues with clear status updates.
• Monitor outbound SAP IDOC issues with BTS and partners.
• Support VAS readiness and post-activity reconciliation.
• Optimize distribution processes and analyze data for improvements.
• Identify distribution inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
