Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations to keep the distribution center running safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of associates, drive daily operational excellence, and partner with Operations Management to meet service, quality, and productivity targets.

You will collaborate across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management, shaping how we serve retailers and customers while coaching staff and implementing continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• College degree (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred).
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise & Develop Your Team: oversee daily operations; coach, motivate and manage performance.

• Communicate & Coordinate: share shift updates and collaborate to minimize disruptions.
• Meet Performance & Budget Goals: drive productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality: enforce safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities: provide feedback and recommend process improvements.
