Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful B2B software or technology sales experience.
• Prospecting, discovery, and pipeline creation experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover business needs.
• Proven ability to identify and qualify complex or higher-value sales opportunities.
• Experience selling cloud-based solutions to Mid-Market or larger organizations.
• Strong understanding of sales methodology, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, executives, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong interest in AI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop Mid-Market opportunities across a portfolio of US accounting and bookkeeping firms.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations with the firms and their clients.
• Develop relationships with firms using competitor products or legacy solutions.
• Help accounting firms modernize their technology stack to serve larger, more complex clients.
• Look beyond the immediate product to identify broader customer needs and expansions across the Intuit platform.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success and partners to progress opportunities.
• Execute a consultative sales process delivering measurable value to firms and clients.
• Build trusted relationships with firm owners, partners, executives, and other senior decision-makers.
