Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably outbound calling or telesales.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong conversational skills and ability to build rapport by phone.
• Ability to manage multiple applications during live calls.
• Basic computer proficiency and quick learning of new software.
• Able to work a consistent full-time schedule with high daily call volume.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls from prospect and customer lists using a dialer and CRM-driven plan.
• Conduct discovery to understand business needs and pain points.
• Sell QuickBooks and cloud-based products across a multi-product portfolio.
• Handle inbound inquiries in addition to outbound activity and manage opportunities through closing.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and navigate multiple systems during live calls.
• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue quota and activity metrics.
