The role requires 5+ years in OTT/CTV sales, excellent communication, and ability to travel 25–40%. In-person attendance is expected to meet client needs and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of OTT/CTV sales experience meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Established relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands, with national account focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and delivering complex solutions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or near New York City with 25–40% travel; in-person attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close new national OTT/CTV business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Leverage agency and brand relationships to expand opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on high-quality, solution-based OTT selling.
• Collaborate with product, account management, and ad operations to ensure campaigns are implemented and delivered smoothly.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and campaign execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and market feedback, staying current on trends.
