Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OTT/CTV sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Established relationships with agency and brand decision-makers, especially for national accounts.
• Expertise in consultative selling and delivering complex OTT/CTV solutions.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close national OTT/CTV opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Leverage agency and brand relationships to create new business and manage key accounts.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for new business in OTT products.
• Collaborate with product, account management and ad ops teams to ensure successful campaigns.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and market feedback.
