Job summary

Jamloop is a leading OTT/CTV DSP seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive business development and expand a client portfolio in the regional market. Build and manage relationships with independent agencies and direct clients, while delivering tailored OTT/CTV advertising solutions.

The role requires strategic prospecting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to forecast sales activity to support regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or media.
• Established relationships with independent advertising agencies in home market or region.
• Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own schedule and priorities.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and craft effective solutions for clients.
• Strategic thinker with ability to see big picture and drive long-term success.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Client Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients via cold calling, emailing, local networks, events, and referrals.
• Needs Analysis: Assess clients’ advertising objectives and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
