Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned OTC Sales Trader to manage large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients. You will drive growth by delivering tailored solutions, coordinating with trading, risk, and compliance teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in OTC trading or related roles, strong market knowledge, excellent communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

8+ years of OTC trading experience.
Experience in sales trading or institutional sales in crypto or traditional markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute large-scale OTC trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients with accuracy and speed.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding trading needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with trading, risk, and compliance to ensure compliant trade execution.
Monitor markets, liquidity, and pricing to offer competitive opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to desk growth.
Prepare reports on activity, client feedback, and market insights for management.
Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulations.
