Job summary
Binance is seeking a product leader for institutional OTC trading solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborate with business, engineering, and operations, and shape the OTC roadmap with clear milestones and prioritized features for efficiency and risk management.
Required is 4+ years in financial services or fintech with institutional OTC trading experience, plus strong quantitative and trading workflow skills and English/Mandarin communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services fintech or banking, with institutional OTC trading emphasis.
- Hands-on analytical and trading skills, including OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution.
- Knowledge of front-to-back trading workflows (pre-trade to settlement).
- Ability to communicate with global stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle from concept to launch for institutional OTC solutions.
- Build and optimize broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, and API workflows.
- Partner with business, engineering, and operations to shape OTC roadmap and priorities.
- Draft PRDs, assess feasibility, and execute from concept to launch.
- Monitor data and feedback to refine high-volume institutional experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals with accountability.
