Job summary

BTSE Group in the United States is seeking an experienced OTC Trader to develop relationships with Family Offices, banks, exchanges, brokers, and ultra-HNW clients. You will work closely with clients to design customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC orders while aligning with our risk framework.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth settlement, provide market insights, and support onboarding with compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading from a crypto exchange or OTC desk.
• Proven track record in multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra-HNW clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with institutions and ultra-HNW clients.
• Collaborate with clients to build customized trade strategies and manage OTC orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.
