Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in order-to-cash, credit, collections, or customer account management.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Advanced Excel; SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer credit reviews and establish credit lines.
• Manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts and collections.
• Perform advanced OTC activities including reconciliations and credit reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop reporting and KPIs.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Support month-end close, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Assist with acquisitions and integration-related OTC activities.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
