TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Sr Analyst, Order to Cash, Credit, to support the OTC team with credit management, collections, and risk assessments. The role emphasizes data analysis, compliance, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize cash flow and customer relationships.

Based in De Pere, WI, this full-time hybrid position requires strong financial acumen, SAP experience, and exceptional communication skills to drive process improvements and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 3–5 years in order-to-cash functions (AR, credit, collections, deductions) or customer account management.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Demonstrated financial analysis skills with strong accuracy and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• SAP experience required; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer credit reviews and establish credit lines with ongoing risk assessments.
• Manage complex customer accounts, including collections and risk mitigation.
• Perform advanced OTC activities: reconciliations, term updates, master data, reserve analysis, and reclassifications.
• Collaborate with Finance Analysts and stakeholders to develop reporting and track KPIs.
• Guide discussions with internal parties and customers to resolve issues and reduce recurrence.
• Support process improvements, training, and policy adherence for the OTC team.
• Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, and integration-related OTC activities.
• Contribute to month-end close, documentation, and control testing.
• Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve cash flow and controls.
