Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in De Pere, WI is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations. You will coach a small team, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely, accurate procure-to-pay processing while partnering with Procurement, Finance, IT, and suppliers to sustain service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and at least five years in Accounts Payable or procure-to-pay.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay experience.
Experience leading or coaching teams in a high-volume AP/Shared Services environment.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Lawson or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely.
Provide guidance and escalation support for AP issues and maintain knowledge of AP roles and responsibilities.
Lead, coach, and develop AP team members through training and feedback.
Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve payment and vendor issues.
Identify root causes and drive process improvements in procure-to-pay.
