About the Role: We are seeking a Sr Analyst, Order to Cash‑ Credit to support internal TreeHouse stakeholders and the Order to Cash (OTC) team as a subject matter expert for complex processes related to Credit Management and Collection Management. This role uses advanced data analysis to identify issues, assess risk, determine root cause, and lead discussions with internal and external customers to resolve business problems. The Senior Analyst is responsible for completing customer credit reviews and establishing lines of credit, evaluating customer risk in relation to credit line usage and order release, managing complex customer account activity to support timely payment, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and completing month‑end related tasks. This individual serves as a key resource for escalations, process improvement, reporting, and departmental initiatives while providing guidance and support to achieve key departmental performance indicators.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in De Pere, WI operating on first shift. The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700 – 118,100 annually. This is the lowest to highest pay we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award or bonus.
