Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise OT cybersecurity initiatives across power generation assets in the United States. You will coordinate governance, planning, budgets, risks, and executive reporting for complex projects.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, a bachelor’s in IT/engineering/computer science or related field, and hands-on experience with SCADA, cyber, and regulatory compliance (NERC CIP).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or operational projects.
• Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, SCADA, industrial controls, or Operational Technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with NERC CIP, industrial cybersecurity, SCADA systems, network infrastructure, and control systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex cybersecurity and technology projects across PGD.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across PGD Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, E&C, and third-party vendors.
• Drive project governance processes, tollgates, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design reviews, and implementation planning sessions.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Support development of business cases, budget requests, and capital project justifications.
• Manage vendor engagements, contracts, statements of work, and project deliverables.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives impacting renewable, storage, fossil, and transmission-connected facilities.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and project performance reporting for leadership teams.
• Promote standardization, scalability, and repeatable execution processes across the generation fleet.
