Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to deliver defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation. You will work directly with clients, prepare technical and executive deliverables, and help improve security in industrial environments.

Role involves collaborating with engineering, operations and cybersecurity teams, and guiding junior staff while maintaining high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, OT security or industrial automation.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity assessments and architecture reviews.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments and risk analyses.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI and IIoT tech.
• Review OT networks, segmentation, firewalls and secure remote access.
• Develop OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions with safety and reliability in mind.
• Lead workstreams, manage project planning and budgeting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals.
