Job summary

Dragos is seeking a field-focused role to plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in customer environments. You will be part of a hands-on onsite team at critical facilities, while supporting a remote-first team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

This role interfaces with the client directly, collaborating with Sales and Solution Architect teams to deploy sensors, refine use cases, and ensure platform objectives are met. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IC/OT cybersecurity experience.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and IC protocols.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria.
• Work with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations for deployment of new sensors; coordinate deployments.
• Partner with client teams to refine use cases and platform objectives.
• Tune and optimize Dragos platform to meet defined customer objectives.
• Develop content and foundational workflows based on client use cases and value proposition.
• Monitor platform health to ensure continuous availability and tune the Dragos Platform.
